Visionary leader and motivator dedicated to building a championship culture on and off the court. Shaun brings his experience as a coach, educator, and entrepreneur to elevate Worcester Majors into a community-driven powerhouse.
Papee Paye
Co-CEO
A Worcester legend who played professionally overseas before returning home to invest his experience and passion back into the city. Papee is committed to developing players and creating lasting opportunities for the next generation.
James Ford
Head Coach
Focused on player development and community engagement, James is dedicated to nurturing Worcester’s basketball talent and fostering a winning mindset throughout the program.
